SHIP MANAGEMENT

When a ship is purchased for importing and exporting goods, a ship management team is required to maintain and operate the vessels. The function of the management team is to provide the owner with support throughout the occupancy or charter of the vessel. Vessels can range in sizes and function.

CREW MANAGEMENT

Crew management for ships, otherwise known as crewing, are the services rendered by specialised shipping companies. Crew management services are an essential part of maritime and ship management that includes the management of all the various activities handled by crew on-board vessels, as well as related shore-based administration.

When Fidelity Marine Group was founded in circ. August of 2008, we began by discarding traditional ideas and preconceived models of how an integral, well rounded, service oriented, marine group must lead, allowing us to ignore conformism, to innovate and start with a clean agenda and a strong “Esprit de Corps”.
Resulting in a group of interrelated marine services companies, strategically located in the Republic of Panama, offering our clients cost effective solutions without compromising compliance with statutory regulations and commercial requirements of today’s maritime industry.
Our staff possesses varied seaborne and shoreside experience on coast guard, merchant vessels and port operations.
